Delivery Information

At Cablectrix, we know that getting your order quickly and reliably is essential. That’s why we offer flexible delivery options across the UK and internationally — with fair pricing, clear cut-off times, and a focus on getting your products to you without delay.


UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard delivery: £11.50

  • Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50

  • Orders placed before 3:30pm (Mon–Thurs) or 12:00pm (Fri) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the next working day


UK Non-Mainland Delivery

  • Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, Shetland, Orkney: £30 (up to 10kg)

  • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles: £20 (up to 10kg)

  • Channel Islands: please contact us directly for a quote


Collection from Our Daventry Office

  • You can collect your order from our office by prior arrangement

  • Collection is free (Due to the amount of work that our admin team has to put in to process an order collection there is a minimum order value of £100 any collection under £100 will be subject to a £40 admin charge.)

  • Please call ahead to confirm availability and arrange a time


International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide — please contact us for delivery charges and lead times

  • EU customers: Orders do not include UK VAT. VAT and import duties are payable upon arrival in your country

  • Minimum order values apply: £135 for EU countries, £150 for non-EU

  • Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges — we’ll contact you if this applies


Backorders and Split Shipments

  • If part of your order is out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before shipping

  • If you prefer a split shipment, additional delivery charges may apply — please contact us to arrange this

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right — whether it’s a fault or a change of mind — we’ll do our best to help. Please see our returns policy below.


Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund — provided you have proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, or bank statement).


Changed Your Mind?

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund if you decide the product isn’t right for you, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 28 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, or bank statement)

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The product is returned in ‘as new’ condition, including all original accessories

  • The product has not been used or installed

  • You have taken reasonable care of the item while in your possession

  • Return shipping is at your own cost


Important Notes

  • All returns must be arranged by the customer — this includes the cost and method of returning the item

  • Refunds (where applicable) will exclude the original delivery charge

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all correctly supplied items that are returned

  • Goods that are returned damaged, incomplete, or used may not be eligible for a full refund
