U.K Mainland: £11.50 Next working day or Free on orders £50 or over

Scottish Highlands (Western Isles, Shetland, Orkney): £37.50 (up to 10Kg)
Northern Ireland: £55 (up to 10Kg)
Isle of Man: £55 (up to 10Kg)
Scilly Isles: £55 (up to 10Kg)

We offer free delivery locally* where possible and manage line side bin-fill systems.


  


For non-account holders we accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and most credit/debit cards (with no additional charge for card transactions).

Collection Service:

**We do offer a free collection service from our Daventry offices - you would have to arrange with our staff a convenient time to collect your order (please bear in mind our opening hours). Please fill in the delivery instruction with a guide of when you'd like to collect your order and a member of staff can confirm if that time is convenient and if not when would be a more suitable time.

Please allow time for your order to be prepared (same day collection - will be unlikely).


Returns Policy*

 

Faulty Products:

 

- Don't worry if your product develops a fault within 28 days, we'll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund, providing you have proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, bank statement).

Not the right product:

 

- The product must be in its original unopened and sealed packaging.

 

- Your goods are returned* within 28 days or delivery date, and you have proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, bank statement).

 

 

 

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:

 

- Your goods are in within the above time frames and you have proof of purchase. (Invoice, delivery note or bank statement). 

 

- The goods are in 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with accessories received with it. Please Note - items must be returned at customers own cost or transport.  

 

- The product has not been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. 

 

* Please Note - items must be returned at customers own cost/transport. (Although goods returned may be credited, this will not include the original shipping cost incurred). 

 

**There will be a restocking fee of 25% for all orders returned which were correctly supplied!
