Delivery & Shipping Information

At Cablectrix, we know that reliable delivery is essential for your projects. Below is our delivery policy, shipping options, and important terms regarding orders, returns, and tracking.

1. UK Delivery Options

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the same working day if the order is placed before 3pm. Standard UK delivery is typically next working day. We also offer:

  • Pre-10:30am / Pre-12pm timed delivery services
  • Saturday delivery (by request)
  • Same-day courier services for urgent orders
2. International Shipping

We ship globally using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination, weight, and service level.

  • All shipments are tracked and insured
  • Export documentation can be provided on request
  • Contact us for quotes outside the UK
3. Click & Collect

You're welcome to collect your orders directly from our Daventry warehouse. Collection is available:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
  • Friday: until 12:00 (please call ahead to confirm your order is ready)
4. Delivery Charges & Minimums

Delivery charges are applied as follows:

  • UK orders over £50 (excluding VAT): free standard delivery
  • Orders under £50 or requiring timed/special services: delivery charges apply
  • Charges are confirmed at checkout or on the quotation
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. If you need assistance locating your package, our team is here to help.

6. Backorders & Lead Times

For items not currently in stock, we confirm lead times at order placement. Options include:

  • Dispatch as soon as the item becomes available
  • Partial shipments if requested
  • Notification of expected delivery dates
7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is designed to be fair and clear:

  • Change of mind: return unused goods within 14 days (must be in resalable condition & original packaging)
  • Faulty or incorrect items: notify us within 3 working days for replacement or refund
  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless faulty — please check before ordering
  • All returns must be authorised (obtain a returns reference number first)
  • Refunds processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods
