If your order weighs over 12kg or includes bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we’ll contact you before dispatch
VAT, Customs, and Import Duties
EU Customers: Orders are shipped without UK VAT. VAT and any applicable duties are payable in your country when the goods arrive.
Non-EU Customers: Local taxes, import duties, and handling fees may be charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are your responsibility.
Please note that Cablectrix cannot refund shipping or customs charges for returned or refused orders.
Minimum Order Values
To comply with international VAT and customs rules, the following minimum order values apply:
EU Customers: £135 minimum order value
Rest of World: £150 minimum order value
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday to Thursday) or 12:00pm (Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day.
We typically ship once your full order is in stock. If you prefer a split delivery, please contact us — additional charges may apply.
Transit times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

At checkout, select your country to calculate shipping costs and remove UK VAT.
Review your total and confirm your order.

We would order the product from the manufacturer and on average the product would take 7-10 working days to arrive at our warehouse. We would wait until your entire order is in stock before despatching your order and send your order in 1 shipment. Split shipment will incurr additional courier fees.
