International Purchases
If you're ordering from outside the UK, this page explains how international purchases work, transit times, taxes, duties, minimum order values and how to place your order with us at Cablectrix.
VAT and Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK will not be charged UK VAT. You may need to pay VAT, duties, and handling or disbursement fees when the goods arrive in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Minimum Order Value
- EU Orders: £135 minimum order value
- Orders outside the EU: £150 minimum order value
These minimums are in place to ensure international shipping is cost-effective for both you and us.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Delivery times and shipping fees vary by country. The shipping cost will be shown at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
If your country is not listed at checkout, or your order exceeds 12kg, please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.
How to Place an International Order
- Add your products to the basket as usual.
- Proceed to checkout and select your country from the dropdown list.
- Complete your billing and shipping details.
- Pay securely by card.

Delivery Cut-Off Times & Processing
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, once all items are in stock. If your order contains backordered items, we will wait until everything is available unless you request a split shipment (additional fees may apply).
Cut-Off Times:
- Monday – Thursday: Orders placed before 3:30 PM (UK time) will be processed same day.
- Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) will be processed same day.
- Orders placed after these times will be processed the next working day.
