Which courier for international orders?
We primarily use FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details.
Are additional charges applied?
Shipping fees vary by destination, size, and weight. Import duties or customs charges are borne by the buyer.
Can I get a quote before placing the order?
Yes — simply send your location and product list, we’ll quote for delivery.
5. Returns & Faulty Items
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

What is your returns policy?
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How long for refunds?
